I eat fish a lot. I don't care if other people don't. Fish is prone with-tons of vitamins and minerals a d calcium. If you get used to eat fish while you were young you will definitely gey more stronger bones as you get old.

I ate a lot of vegetable for nutritional purposes and it helps me on diet as I don't need to eat much foods just to get the nutrients my body needs. Vegetables also are very cheap so it not only helps my body it also help my wallet.

In the above listing, the biggest component in our weekly food diet is meat. Because even we have vegetables, I still put meat on it. But I know to much meat can be dangerous. So not the whole week we are eating meat. Maybe in a day, one meat menu is served.

A meal without vegetables in my diet is like an incomplete diet to me. With the exception of very few meals which do not necessarily require a vegetable, otherwise there must be presence of vegetable in the meal. Vegetables provide the body with vitamins and minerals.

Actually I am not really a cautious eater, I eat food randomly, I mean good food. Anytime chicken is part of my food I take that particular food very seriously and even sharing it with somebody would be a problem except I have much of the chicken to spare.

I love eating vegetable so much because it is very good to my body and health indeed.
Among the whole items listed here are good but I do prefer eating vegetable than any other food item listed on the menu.

I love vegetables, they are very good for my health. Every week, I eat foods that contain them.

I eat fruits too but not every week. Vegetables are quick to reach and so I eat them.

Meat and fish is constant.

I would break it down 70% carbs and vegetables and 30% meat and diary. I think I should increase my meat and decrease carbs. I have been reading about diets than diets higher in meat less in carbohydrates seem to make the body run better. I do feel like I have less energy.

Vegetables make up the biggest part of my meals on a week. I definitely prepare it for lunch, and sometimes even for dinner, which does not exclude other foods. With vegetables, I have to prepare some meat, because of the ingredients that the body needs, and because of the taste of meals.
